The HR Generalist at Brillient Corporation will play a crucial role in supporting the HR Manager and managing day-to-day HR operations for the corporate headquarters and select offsite contract teams. This position is designed for a professional who is adept at handling various HR functions, particularly in benefits administration, employee onboarding and offboarding, and compliance with employment laws. The HR Generalist will serve as the primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries, ensuring that employees receive the necessary support and guidance regarding their benefits and HR processes. In this role, the HR Generalist will be responsible for administering employee benefits, which includes processing enrollments, terminations, and changes, as well as managing 401(k) rollovers and distributions. The position requires excellent customer service skills to establish and maintain strong relationships with both management and employees. The HR Generalist will also oversee the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they receive proper orientation, benefits enrollment, and training on HR systems. Additionally, the HR Generalist will manage offboarding processes, including exit interviews and updates in the HR information system (HRIS). The role involves creating and maintaining employee records, assisting with performance management programs, and ensuring compliance with various government regulations and company policies.
