About The Position
Our client is a trading company specializing in niche markets, with a strong reputation as a reliable partner across diverse industries. They are looking for a Human Resources Generalist who will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support in various functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and compliance. This is an onsite position based in Fairfield County, CT. The HR Generalist will play a crucial role in managing the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring that the company attracts and retains top talent. This includes job postings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations. The HR Generalist will also coordinate and conduct new employee orientations, ensuring a positive onboarding experience for all new hires. Additionally, this role will serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures. The HR Generalist will ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, thereby safeguarding the company against potential legal issues.
