About The Position
The HR Generalist at Cherrywood Village plays a crucial role in maintaining all employee files and managing the documentation and communication requirements associated with employee benefits, workers' compensation information, and payroll records within the community. This position is essential for ensuring that all new hires are welcomed appropriately, which includes ensuring that all new hire paperwork is complete and facilitating new hire orientation. The HR Generalist will also perform additional office duties as required and must comply with federal, state, and local standards for facility operation.
