Responsibilities
- Accurately process and manage HR functions such as employee relations and compliance.
- Oversee and manage the utilization of ADP Workforce Now and other financial services software.
- Maintain effective communication with senior management based in Phoenix and other locations.
- Engage in ATS (Asynchronous Transfer Mode) and other HR related software for effective HR management.
- Manage FMLA and other employee benefit functions to ensure employee satisfaction and retention.
- Handle credit applications from customers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain and update customer credit records as per the industry standards and company policies.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues, providing high-quality customer service.
- Monitor customer accounts, taking appropriate actions when necessary.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in an HR Generalist role.
- Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services is necessary.
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now is required.
- Knowledge of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode is required.
- Familiarity with Ceridian is essential.
- Experience with Dayforce is a must.
- Ability to perform Benefit Functions is needed.
- Strong communication skills are required.
- Strong understanding of compliance protocols is necessary.
- Experience in managing Employee Relations is necessary.
- Familiarity with FMLA is a requirement.
