Responsibilities
- Assist with HR compliance and employee engagement projects
- Maintain employee records and files
- Conduct I-9 audits
- Send birthday and anniversary notifications including cards and emails
- Follow up on Expressions of Interest (EOI)
- Perform internal audits for compliance and missing information
Requirements
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree preferably in Human Resource Management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Problem solving capabilities necessary to accomplish the duties and tasks of the position
