About the position

The HR L&D Specialist is responsible for overseeing training and development initiatives within the organization. This role focuses on enhancing employee skills and knowledge through effective learning programs, utilizing various technologies and methodologies to ensure high-quality training delivery.

Responsibilities

• Oversee training and development programs for employees.
• Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) to manage training initiatives.
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops effectively.
• Design and develop adult learning materials and programs.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to assess training effectiveness.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Requirements

• BA degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Liberal Arts or equivalent work experience.
• At least 4 years of training & development experience.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
• Experience in adult learning development and design.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint).
• Experience using verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail in producing high-quality work products.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with artificial intelligence language tools for job descriptions.
• Familiarity with various training technologies and methodologies.
