The HR Leadership and Change Manager will play a crucial role in designing and implementing leadership development programs based on sound adult learning theory. This position will collaborate with Human Resources staff to identify leadership development curriculum using a talent management approach aimed at developing, engaging, and retaining current and future leaders. The role involves providing consulting to leadership at all levels regarding the effectiveness of their organizations and offering just-in-time leadership development coaching focused on personal leadership competency and development. In addition to leadership development, the HR Leadership and Change Manager will lead the development of the organization's capability for transformational change. This includes utilizing sound change management practices and tools to fully realize the benefits of enterprise initiatives. The manager will work closely with senior leaders as an advisor on the case for change, stakeholder relationship management, resistance analysis, and the design and delivery of communication plans and solutions. The changes may involve organization redesign, technology deployments, process changes, and more. The role also encompasses organizational development, where the manager will utilize knowledge of organizational/team design, development, and dynamics to advise, develop, and deliver organizational effectiveness solutions. This could include clarifying roles and responsibilities, improving organizational success, enhancing group processes, and managing destructive conflict more effectively. The position may be eligible for flexible work arrangements, including hybrid work with some days working remotely and some days in the office.
