As a Corporate Intern, you'll work alongside professionals in the Learning & Development department gaining valuable insights and contributing to meaningful projects that align with your major, interests, and skills.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support key business initiatives.
- Conduct research, gather insights, and contribute to the development of strategies that drive business objectives.
- Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and implement solutions.
- Contribute to or lead specific projects that add value to the organization, such as New Hire onboardings, campaign planning, or talent development initiatives.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in (or recently graduated from) an undergraduate program in a relevant field.
- At least 18 years old, authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
