We are looking for a dedicated and organized HR Specialist to join our HR team, focusing on leave administration, compliance, and employee support. In this role, you will be responsible for managing FMLA, disability, workers' compensation, and other leave programs, as well as assisting with employee relations investigations and handling day-to-day HR transactions. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, knowledgeable about HR processes across multiple states, and dedicated to providing compassionate support to employees. This position reports to the Director, Human Resources and is based in the New York office, offering a hybrid work schedule.
