About the position

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at Two Rivers Dental. This role is crucial for managing HR functions, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker capable of effectively managing HR operations while supporting the organization's goals and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the recruitment process, including HR sourcing and onboarding of new employees.
• Implement and manage performance management systems to enhance employee productivity and engagement.
• Develop and facilitate training programs to support employee development and career growth.
• Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations using systems such as ADP, makeshift etc.
• Manage employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to both employees and management.
• Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement within the organization.
• Collaborate with management to develop policies that promote a positive work environment.
• Ensure proper utilization of workforce management tools like Kronos for scheduling and attendance tracking.

Requirements

• Proficiency in HR software systems such as Workday, ADP, Paychex.
• Strong knowledge of performance management techniques and best practices.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with employees at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on metrics related to HR functions.
• Experience in training development and implementation is highly desirable.
