About The Position
This position directly reports to the Wilton Mill Plant Manager. The incumbent will administer and/or manage Human Resource processes covering several or all the following areas: employee relations, recruiting, wage and salary administration, training and development, career and succession, performance management, safety, benefits, and employee services for the Wilton Mill and downstream locations (approximately 230 employees).
