About the position

The HR Manager for Logistics DC Operations at Victoria's Secret plays a crucial role as a strategic partner to the leadership of a high-volume retail Distribution Center. This position is responsible for delivering proactive HR services, managing associate relations, and influencing talent management strategies to foster a culture of inclusion and engagement. The ideal candidate will lead an HR team, collaborate with senior logistics leadership, and advocate for associates while ensuring alignment with HR policies and programs.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver proactive HR services and programs that support key stakeholder objectives and address day-to-day HR issues.
  • Provide guidance to the leadership team on labor optimization, associate relations, and talent management.
  • Influence leaders and build capability across the talent lifecycle through partnerships, collaboration, coaching, and feedback.
  • Act as a thought leader in talent management, succession planning, retention, learning, and organizational development.
  • Oversee the execution of HR policies and programs related to the talent lifecycle and associate relations.
  • Counsel business leaders on HR initiatives and strategies.
  • Develop initiatives that reinforce a culture of engagement and high performance among associates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of HR generalist experience, preferably in a logistics or manufacturing environment with a large non-exempt workforce.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Demonstrable business influencing skills and proven relationship-building abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong associate relations experience.
  • Experience with large scale project management.
  • Flexible and creative problem solver with a customer service philosophy.
  • High degree of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Ability to adapt and champion change.
