About the position

The HR Manager position at Denken Solutions Inc focuses on overseeing payroll and project management within a financial services environment. The role requires strong project management skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders. The HR Manager will be responsible for creating project plans, tracking progress, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Create a project plan using best practice PMO methodology to meet stakeholder needs and deliver within budget.
• Work closely with End Users, Technology, and other Organizations to define project scope and objectives.
• Prepare, maintain, and submit clear and concise activity/progress reports and time management reports.
• Track project participant's progress against project goals proactively.
• Define and enforce good project management practices, resolving complex activities into documented tasks.
• Identify and amend project approaches based on context and constraints.
• Recognize and articulate problems, bringing the right people together to solve them.
• Communicate project milestones, status updates, and escalation issues to all concerned parties.
• Assess risks in business decisions, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of project management experience, preferably in financial services.
• PMP certification strongly preferred; Six Sigma certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of project metrics, including gathering, reporting, and trend analysis.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel, MS Project, VISIO, and Adobe Acrobat.
