About The Position
Managed Health Care Associates, Inc. (MHA) provides care communities access, solutions, and insights to help them run their businesses more effectively. Our members include post-acute providers across the care continuum, including long-term care, home infusion, specialty pharmacies, senior living, and other group living facilities. We are seeking a highly experienced talent recruitment expert and onsite facilities manager to join our team. This position requires deep expertise in full-cycle recruiting along with experience managing site operations and facilities. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of sourcing and hiring top talent across a variety of roles while also overseeing workplace infrastructure and ensuring operational excellence. In this role, you will serve as a strategic HR business partner, champion employee engagement, and manage day-to-day site needs to support a productive, safe, and inclusive work environment.
