About the position

The HR Manager - Talent Acquisition at Amplify Cell Technologies is responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract, select, and retain top talent. This role involves overseeing the entire recruitment process, collaborating with hiring managers, and enhancing the employer brand to ensure a positive candidate experience. The position is crucial for aligning talent acquisition strategies with the company's goals and fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute talent acquisition strategies that align with the Company's goals and workforce planning needs.
  • Manage and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support throughout the hiring process.
  • Manage the Company's organizational structure, addressing and updating hiring needs as needed.
  • Collaborate and partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create tailored job descriptions and candidate profiles.
  • Establish connections in candidate sourcing, including partnerships with educational institutions, apprenticeship programs, and learning hubs, to attract talent with strong potential for growth.
  • Focus on sourcing candidates who are not only technically qualified, but also aligned with the Company's culture of learning and innovation.
  • Oversee the full recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and candidate-friendly experience.
  • Foster a workplace environment where diversity, equity, and inclusion are tied into talent acquisition strategies.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from candidates and hiring managers to improve recruitment and onboarding practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • HR Certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
  • 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with 5 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge and proven track record of developing talent acquisition strategies, processes, and techniques that align with business goals.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop a high performing team, leading end-to-end recruitment processes, particularly in industries requiring technical expertise and continuous learning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in recruitment metrics and workforce planning.
