Responsibilities

• Oversee HR functions such as organizational development, performance management, employee relations, and policy implementation.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to support recruitment efforts and select qualified candidates.
• Advise leadership and employees on employee-related matters and organizational strategies.
• Lead succession planning to identify talent gaps, promote career growth, and reduce turnover.
• Foster a positive workplace culture by improving working relationships and monitoring employee engagement.
• Provide day-to-day HR support and respond to employee questions on policies and procedures.
• Facilitate HR training and development initiatives.
• Lead or contribute to special projects and provide solutions for organizational improvements.
• Support legal, compliance, and audit activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of HR experience, with expertise in employee relations, talent management, compensation, and training.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills.
• International and multi-state HR experience is a plus.
