About the position

The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes within the organization. This role is crucial for enhancing the organization by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and HR policies, programs, and practices.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies in line with the organization's mission and objectives.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process for the organization.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR federal and state requirements.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.

Requirements

  • Proven working experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
  • People-oriented and results-driven.
  • Demonstrable experience with HR metrics.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
