HR Manager

BAO Systems is hiring a highly organized, diligent, empathetic, collaborative HR Manager who thrives on process improvement and making order out of chaos. The HR Manager will develop, enhance, implement, and enforce systems, policies, and procedures to improve the organization's overall operation and the effective management of human resources, creating efficiencies and streamlining processes. This role involves managing various HR functions including employee relations, onboarding/offboarding, career development, performance management, and succession planning.
