About the position
The HR Manager will play a crucial role in supporting the leadership team in executing the organization's human resource and talent strategy. This position focuses on current and future talent needs, including recruiting, retention, and succession planning, within a national manufacturing company. The HR Manager will also provide guidance to HR generalists and management on complex HR issues and manage the talent acquisition process for various roles.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the leadership team to understand and execute the organization's human resource and talent strategy.
- Provide support and guidance to HR generalists, management, and other staff on complex HR issues.
- Manage the talent acquisition process, including recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants.
Requirements
- 6 years of experience in Human Resources or related field.
- Strong skills in payroll, organization, and handling confidential information.
- Excellent oral communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and ADP.
