About The Position
The HR On-Boarding Specialist at Lakewood Retirement Community is responsible for managing the initial on-boarding experience for new team members. This role involves communication after offer acceptance, coordinating and facilitating orientation, and following up with new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the organization. The specialist will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to facilitate the transition from applicant to team member, while handling confidential information and maintaining strong communication and interpersonal skills.
