About the position

As an HR Onboarding Specialist at JPMorgan Chase, you will be responsible for delivering a best-in-class, simplified, personalized, and digitized new hire experience. This role emphasizes superior service and operational excellence while adhering to established processes and guidelines to support potential new hires. You will interact with employees at various levels, addressing a range of inquiries and issues with attention to detail, empathy, and accuracy, ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout the onboarding process.

Responsibilities

• Communicate to customers through inbound call center to help resolve complex inquiries
• Respond to customers through an online portal
• Process HR related transactions/activities adhering to company policy and guidelines
• Provide exceptional customer experience
• Meet service level, quality, and productivity metrics
• Empowered to resolve new hire inquiries accurately and effectively
• Follow all established processes, policies, company guidelines and regulations
