About the position

The HR Onboarding Specialist plays a crucial role in managing the onboarding process for new hires at Haselwood Auto Group. This position is responsible for ensuring a smooth transition for new employees by coordinating pre-hire communications, conducting orientations, and maintaining onboarding materials. The specialist will work closely with HR and departmental teams to provide support and address any questions from new hires, all while upholding confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Managing pre-hire communication and collecting required documentation.
• Coordinating new hire orientation and ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Collaborating with HR and departmental teams to provide a smooth onboarding experience.
• Updating and maintaining onboarding materials and systems.
• Addressing new hire questions and providing support during the initial employment phase.

Requirements

• High School Graduation or equivalent.
• 1 year of HR Assistant or relevant HR and/or administrative experience.
• Intermediate computer skills with MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
• Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written, and listening skills.
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Nice-to-haves
