About the position

The HR Onboarding Specialist at FCS Facility Services will support the HR department in various functions, focusing on recruiting, onboarding, compliance with I-9 documentation, state reporting, record keeping, and managing the HRIS database. This role is essential for ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires and maintaining accurate employee records.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communication with candidates.
• Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
• Ensure all I-9 forms are accurately completed and maintained in compliance with federal regulations.
• Prepare and submit required state reports, ensuring compliance with state regulations and deadlines.
• Maintain and update employee records, including personnel files and other HR documentation.
• Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Proficiency in Spanish, both verbal and written.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and databases.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Google Suite.
