About the position

As the HR Operations and Benefits Manager at Wingstop, you will be a vital part of our HR department, responsible for overseeing HR operations and benefits management. This role is designed for a dedicated HR professional who is passionate about operational excellence and enhancing the employee experience. You will manage the entire HR process from recruitment to hiring, ensuring that our strategies align with the organization's growth objectives. Your expertise will help shape our HR initiatives, allowing us to foster a positive workplace culture and support our employees effectively. In this position, you will lead and optimize HR operational processes, ensuring that they are efficient and compliant with all relevant regulations. You will manage and maintain the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), ensuring that all employee data is accurate and up-to-date. Additionally, you will design, implement, and administer employee benefits programs, ensuring that they meet the needs of our workforce while complying with federal, state, and local regulations. Your role will also involve conducting recruitment and talent acquisition activities, where you will focus on attracting high-quality candidates to join our team. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential as you implement various HR initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and satisfaction. You will also be responsible for maintaining a budget for HR operations and benefits, identifying cost-saving opportunities to enhance our overall HR strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and optimize HR operational processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A Master's degree in HR or a related field can be an advantage.
  • 3+ years of experience in HR operations and benefits management, with a proven track record in both areas.
  • Strong background in HR compliance and a deep understanding of federal and state regulations related to benefits and HR processes.
