The Assistant Manager is responsible for the overall HR Operations, including benefit administration, on/off boarding, payroll, employee relations, and visa administration for the Company. This position oversees the day-to-day operations, training, and development of direct reports and supports the development of emphasizing empowerment, quality, and productivity.
