The HR Operations Automation Analyst will provide leadership, administration, and management of the activities and resources for a variety of digital projects that range in size and impact within the organization. This role will emphasize the automation of HR operations, leveraging tools such as Power Apps, Power Automate, VBA, and ServiceNow to streamline processes and enhance efficiency. The HR Operations Automation Analyst will partner with various service line and departmental leaders to define, strategize, and deliver on key initiatives, ensuring that automation is a central component of project execution. In this position, the analyst will partner with and lead client executive teams towards the identification of problems and opportunities from a Digital Innovation perspective, with a strong emphasis on automation. They will establish a process for team-based structuring and defining of problems, incorporating automation tools such as Power Apps, Power Automate, VBA, and ServiceNow. The analyst will utilize both traditional and modern assessment tools, such as interviews, surveys, and evaluations, to arrive at hypotheses and conclusions. They will present and explain findings to the executive leadership team and individuals, highlighting automation opportunities and providing advice or suggestions for improvements that meet customer and digital health objectives, focusing on automated solutions. The HR Operations Automation Analyst will develop implementation plans that integrate automation strategies and distribute communication plans, ensuring clear messaging around automation initiatives. They will actively identify and resolve issues and risks, communicating out when necessary, with a focus on automated risk management. Additionally, the analyst will work with the client team to implement change management processes, leveraging automation tools to streamline transitions. They will maintain multiple project/product budgets, utilizing automation for efficient budget tracking and reporting, and actively maintain a pulse on digital disruption and innovation in healthcare, particularly in the realm of automation. Proactively evaluating digital health vendors for applicability, with a focus on their automation capabilities, is also a key responsibility. The analyst will establish external relationships with other thought leaders in Digital Health, particularly those specializing in automation, and closely manage a program of strategic projects, ensuring automation is a key component.
