This position involves participating in the hiring process, facilitating team member orientation, assisting with benefit enrollment, and maintaining HR records. You will also be responsible for comprehensive scheduling processes and ensuring accurate club payroll. In this role, you will be expected to carry out job functions and responsibilities as assigned, supporting the application of club policies and procedures while ensuring compliance. A key aspect of your role will be to ensure a safe and positive environment for both members and team members, embracing inclusion and diversity through collaboration and respect. This position requires availability to work any day of the week, including weekends, from 8 am to 10 pm. You will participate in weekly meetings with the Center of Excellence, conduct new team member orientations, and manage various HR processes, including payroll and personnel paperwork. Your role will also involve supporting club talent acquisition efforts and maintaining compliance with legal postings and HR communication boards. Regular, predictable attendance is essential for this position.
