About the position

The HR Operations Coordinator Sr. plays a crucial role in the HR Operations team at Elevance Health, focusing on processing transactional work related to benefits, payroll, and data management. This position involves maintaining records, answering inquiries, and supporting system changes while participating in project teams to identify process improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Processes adjustments and changes for benefits, payroll, and data management.
  • Answers LOA inquiries, status updates, leave, and payroll inquiries and validations.
  • Performs balancing activities and maintains records.
  • Supports system changes and runs/analyzes reports and queries.
  • Resolves systems processing problems and researches complex transactional inquiries.
  • Performs UAT testing and participates on project teams to identify process improvement needs.
  • Processes department-specific transactional work and serves as the point of contact for compliance inquiries.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR Operations.
  • Mastery of at least one HR Operations discipline and exposure to at least one other, including Workday transactional processing.

Nice-to-haves
