About the position

The HR Operations Coordinator Sr. at Elevance Health plays a crucial role in processing transactional work within the HR Operations team. This position is responsible for managing various HR-related tasks, including benefits and payroll adjustments, leave inquiries, and system changes, while also participating in project teams to identify process improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Processes adjustments and changes for benefits/payroll/data management.
  • Answers LOA inquiries, status updates, leave and payroll inquiries and validations.
  • Performs balancing activities.
  • Maintains records.
  • Supports system changes.
  • Runs and analyzes reports and queries.
  • Resolves systems processing problems.
  • Researches and resolves complex transactional inquiries.
  • Performs UAT testing.
  • Participates on project teams and identifies process improvement needs.
  • Processes department specific transactional work.
  • Point of contact for compliance inquiries and escalates to the appropriate people or departments.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR Operations.
  • Mastery of at least one HR Operations discipline and exposure to at least one other, including Workday transactional processing.

Nice-to-haves
