About the position

The HR Operations Coordinator at CyberArk plays a crucial role in supporting the HR team by managing various HR operations and support functions. This position focuses on maintaining HR and financial recordkeeping systems, processing employee benefits documents, and streamlining operational processes to enhance automation and self-service for employees.

Responsibilities

  • Perform HR operational tasks such as new hire paperwork, the I-9 and eVerify process, and employment verification requests.
  • Maintain overall employee records and ensure data integrity in HRIS and payroll systems.
  • Input new hire information in the payroll system and manage tax and benefits deductions.
  • Organize and maintain HR-related data in both paper and electronic formats in a compliant manner.
  • Participate in HR and Finance related projects, including linking payroll and benefits systems.
  • Manage sensitive data with confidentiality and high standards for accuracy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in human resources or a business-related field.
  • 2+ years of human resources experience in a supportive or operational role.
  • Experience with an HRIS, preferably SuccessFactors.
  • Familiarity with ADP payroll system.
  • Prior experience performing data audits and reconciliation.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, including vLookups and pivot tables.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
