About the position

Redfin is redefining real estate in the consumer's favor by combining our own technology and agents to create a service that's better, faster, and costs less. As a Redfinnian, you'll make a difference in one of life's most important events—buying or selling a home. Our hiring standards are high, yet our culture is humble. No matter what role you have, you'll be both challenged and inspired every day. We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Operations Coordinator to join an amazing team. This hybrid role requires employees to work from our headquarters location in Seattle, WA every Tuesday and Wednesday, and remote all other days. As the HR Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing various HR operations and ensuring smooth processes within the HR department. Your responsibilities will include managing data in Workday, performing data entry, facilitating new hire onboarding, processing job changes, handling organization restructures, updating compensation, managing address changes, and processing departures for both employees and contractors. You will also be responsible for creating employee letters and memos, processing promotions and transfers, and handling compensation memos for market adjustments. Additionally, you will assist with electronic file processing and benefits billing and administrative tasks. We believe that real estate should be built on exceptional client service and advocacy. Whether finding the perfect home or getting the best deal, our clients are the backbone of everything we do. We're looking for a motivated, proactive, and versatile go-getter who can thrive in a creative, collaborative, and disciplined environment.
