The HR Operations Manager for the Americas at Darktrace is a key role responsible for overseeing and enhancing HR functions within the organization. Responsibilities

• Mentor and lead the HR Operations, AMS team by providing guidance and development opportunities.
• Manage HR tickets to ensure timely resolution of inquiries and issues.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for HR processes.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance HR efficiency.
• Lead and participate in various HR projects, ensuring timely completion.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal HR regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to align HR initiatives with organizational goals.
• Lead wellness initiatives to promote employee health and well-being.
• Monitor the visa application and renewal process for employees.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of HR processes and compliance requirements.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and ticketing systems.
