Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team responsible for leave of absence and disability benefits operations.
• Provide subject matter expertise and operational guidance to ensure compliance and excellent results.
• Set goals and objectives for the team, managing employee performance and development.
• Oversee complex operational functions involving multiple systems and jurisdictions.
• Act as the highest point of escalation for team issues and provide direction for resolution.
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external partners.
• Monitor service and control standards against business objectives and implement process improvements.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree required.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in HR operations or related fields.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and influencing abilities.
• Proven experience in relationship management and people management.
• Broad knowledge of Human Resources policies and procedures.
• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated project and process management skills.
