About the position

The HR & Operations Manager will support the HR Director and CFO in a dynamic role that combines human resources, office management, and financial support. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in HR and administration, who is eager to work in a hybrid environment and collaborate closely with senior leadership to drive organizational success.

Responsibilities

• Assist with HR functions, including employee onboarding and offboarding, benefits administration, and handling employee relations matters.
• Ensure HR policies are up-to-date and aligned with industry best practices.
• Partner with the HR Director on recruiting, performance management, and compliance initiatives.
• Oversee day-to-day office operations, including managing office supplies, vendors, and general office organization.
• Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and HR Director, managing schedules, preparing reports, and coordinating meetings.
• Organize company events and facilitate a positive office culture.
• Assist with budget tracking, expense reporting, and vendor management to maintain cost-effective operations.
• Support the finance team with payroll administration and financial documentation as needed.

Requirements

• 5+ years of combined experience in HR, administrative support, office management, and/or finance roles.
• Organizational skills with high attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a proactive, positive attitude.
