About the position

The HR Operations Manager at Ten Bridge Communications is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day and long-term management of HR administrative functions. This role focuses on driving operational efficiencies to support a dynamic culture and team within a strategic communications agency that serves the biotech industry. The position involves managing the employee lifecycle, payroll and benefits administration, compliance management, and performance management, while also fostering strong relationships with senior leadership and ensuring alignment with business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, including paperwork and exit interviews.
  • Partner with external payroll providers to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
  • Maintain accurate employee data within the HR information system.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations in all HR practices.
  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of HR technology platforms.
  • Manage employee leave requests and ensure compliance with policies.
  • Support the development and execution of HR policies and procedures.
  • Track employee performance goals and provide feedback during performance management processes.
  • Oversee candidate logistics for recruiting operations, including interview scheduling.
  • Coordinate employee training programs and development opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in an HR operations role.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of emotional intelligence and integrity.
