About the position

The HR Operations Manager will oversee multiple complex projects within a fast-paced environment, utilizing project management tools to ensure timely delivery. This role involves collaboration with various stakeholders in HR and the organization to create structured project plans that align with business needs. The manager will facilitate meetings, manage project execution from initiation to post-live support, and develop process maps and workflows to enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Scope, lead, and ensure timely delivery of multiple complex projects.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to build well-structured project plans.
  • Translate organizational needs into comprehensive project plans with objectives, timelines, and milestones.
  • Coordinate meetings and workshops with key stakeholders throughout the project life cycle.
  • Partner with Change Management Manager on change management and communications activities.
  • Manage deliverables and project execution from initiation through post-live support.
  • Develop process maps and workflows from current state analysis to redesigned processes.
  • Act as a liaison between HR leadership and senior executives.

Requirements

  • 4 to 6 years of professional experience in project management, preferably in HR/HRIS system implementations or upgrades.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects and tasks.
  • Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to perform process mapping and pain point documentation.
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.

Nice-to-haves

  • Prior experience with HR or Change Management programs or projects.
