About the position

The HR & Operations Manager at RaySecur is a dynamic role that combines human resources management with office operations and event planning. This position is designed for an enthusiastic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about creating positive employee experiences. Reporting to the Vice President of People, the HR & Operations Manager will oversee onboarding, recruitment, benefits administration, compliance, performance management, and daily office operations, ensuring a smooth and engaging workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Lead HR processes including onboarding and offboarding of employees.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to employees, addressing questions and resolving issues.
  • Coordinate recruitment efforts, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and guide employees through enrollment and changes.
  • Ensure compliance with HR laws and regulations, maintaining accurate employee records.
  • Support performance management initiatives and employee development programs.
  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including supply organization and repair coordination.
  • Plan and execute company events such as team-building activities and celebrations.
  • Manage vendor relationships and facilities to maintain office standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR with office management skills.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices and organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR systems.
