About the position

The Human Resource Manager at Principle Skills Relationship Center in Colorado Springs, CO, is responsible for managing HR functions and overseeing office operations in a hybrid work environment. Responsibilities

  • Handle HR-related tasks including recruitment, screening candidates, onboarding, and employee records management
  • Administer employee benefits programs and address any related inquiries
  • Collaborate with practice owner on performance reviews and develop initiatives to enhance employee career advancement
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Process bi-weekly payroll, including oversight of employee time off
  • Ensure timely and accurate payroll tax filings
  • Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable
  • Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow
  • Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting and forecasting
  • Oversee the service providers and technological needs of the practice
  • Maintain and update office policies and procedures
  • Provide support to therapists and staff as needed
  • Plan staff meetings - monthly meetings to include HR training and annual staff celebrations
  • Manage day-to-day office operations and supplies

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as Office Manager and HR Manager preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Solid understanding of HR processes, payroll systems, and bookkeeping practices
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, MS Office, and QuickBooks
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to handling sensitive information with confidentiality
