About the position

We are seeking an experienced and innovative HR Operations Manager to lead our centralized HR Operations function. This role will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and management of our Human Resource Information System (HRIS), driving operational efficiency, ensuring data integrity, and laying the foundation for future HR shared services across all divisions of the company. Additionally, the HR Operations Manager will work closely with the Total Rewards Director to streamline processes, optimize benefits and compensation administration, and enhance overall employee experience through efficient and effective HR operations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead HRIS implementation and management
  • Establish standardized data practices and enhance reporting capabilities
  • Streamline HR processes and optimize costs through system consolidation
  • Ensure data privacy, security, and regulatory compliance
  • Oversee development of unified self-service portal and consistent user experience
  • Develop adaptable HR infrastructure to support growth and acquisitions
  • Plan and implement future HR shared services initiatives
  • Collaborate with HR leadership on strategic resource allocation and business partnering
  • Regularly assess and optimize HR processes and systems
  • Foster a culture of innovation and efficiency within the HR function
  • Enhance the administration of benefits, compensation to improve accuracy, efficiency, and employee experience
  • Model behavior consistent with company standards, policies and procedures
  • Other duties as assigned by manager

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in HR operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, regulations, and compliance requirements
  • Proven ability to lead change and drive innovation in HR processes
  • Extensive experience with HRIS implementation and management
  • High level of proficiency working with Microsoft Suite including but not limited to: Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Experience with virtual meeting technology
  • Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and project management skills
  • Ability to act as a role model, mentor or coach and trainer for key stakeholders to build team capability
  • Proficient in ability to communicate broadly and effectively to employees at all levels of the organization
