We are seeking an experienced and innovative HR Operations Manager to lead our centralized HR Operations function. This role will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and management of our Human Resource Information System (HRIS), driving operational efficiency, ensuring data integrity, and laying the foundation for future HR shared services across all divisions of the company. Additionally, the HR Operations Manager will work closely with the Total Rewards Director to streamline processes, optimize benefits and compensation administration, and enhance overall employee experience through efficient and effective HR operations.
