Requirements

• 1-3 years of HR operations specialist or coordinator experience.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Experience with the development and execution of HR programs and projects.
• Experience utilizing a HRIS system; experience with Workday is a plus.
• Project management skills.
• Work well with all employee levels across the organization.
• Highly collaborative.
