About the position

The Total Rewards and HR Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the organization's compensation and benefits strategy, HRIS reporting, and data analysis, as well as enhancing overall organizational effectiveness. This role focuses on delivering a best-in-class employee experience through effective compensation benchmarking, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the organization's Compensation and Benefits Strategy and Administration.
  • Oversee HRIS Reporting and Data Analysis to support organizational effectiveness.
  • Deliver a best-in-class employee experience through effective HR practices.
  • Manage compensation benchmarking, planning, and administration.
  • Provide oversight of short-term and long-term incentive programs, ensuring effective communication with employees.
  • Maximize the value of employee benefits through innovative plan design and administration.
  • Administer employee benefits programs including enrollment, renewals, and qualified changes.
  • Oversee the on-site Employee Wellness Center and integrate it into benefits initiatives.
  • Provide metrics and data analytics in areas of responsibility to support decision-making.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR operations policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws.
  • Complete records, reporting, and documentation required by federal, state, and provider regulations.
  • Oversee payroll processes for Greenville, SC, and New Jersey sites.
  • Administer the company's unemployment process and manage leaves of absence in compliance with relevant laws and policies.
  • Oversee worker's compensation processes and manage HR staff.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 6+ years of HR Administration and leadership experience in a corporate or manufacturing setting.
  • Experience creating, deploying, and communicating HR strategy for an entire organization.
  • Experience designing and implementing compensation and benefit plans.
