You will utilize Workday to maintain data integrity and deliver optimal customer service, ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and regulations. In this position, you will be responsible for a range of HR operational processes, including managing HR transactions such as transfers, schedule changes, and pay adjustments. You will also conduct regular audits of HR transactions, validate payroll-impacting transactions, and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Your role will involve providing first-level support to managers and employees, ensuring that inquiries are resolved quickly and courteously. You will also be tasked with maintaining HR records in compliance with regulations and best practices, and you may refer complex issues to senior staff when necessary. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
