About the position

The HR position is focused on maintaining employee engagement and compliance within a large fulfillment center. The role involves managing HR reports, addressing employee relations issues, and ensuring statutory compliance while fostering a positive work environment. The incumbent will work closely with various teams to enhance employee morale and productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate headcount and other HR reports
  • Engage with employees to ensure higher morale and productivity
  • Proactive sensing of employee relations issues
  • Handle grievances
  • Manage HRIS and payroll processes
  • Coordinate with Recruitment and ERC Team
  • Ensure statutory compliance
  • Oversee contractors and agency headcount and compliance
  • Process and audit contractor services and invoices at the regional level
  • Manage basic supplies such as uniforms, pantry items, and lockers
  • Organize engagement activities like birthday celebrations and monthly learning activities
  • Manage vendor and cafeteria operations

Requirements

  • Graduate in any discipline preferably from a recognized university
  • 2-3 years of overall experience in HR, preferably in large warehouse/logistics/manufacturing companies
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong presentation, reporting, and teamwork skills
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated intense customer focus
  • High level of integrity, intellectual honesty, and strong work ethic
  • Consistent effort and commitment to delivering results with high standards

Nice-to-haves

  • 1+ years of human resources experience
  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
