About the position

The HR/Payroll Administrator at Nissan of Mission Hills is responsible for managing payroll processes while ensuring compliance with tax regulations and legal requirements. This role requires a thorough understanding of payroll compliance and the ability to stay updated on changes in regulations. The administrator will also assist the HR Director and coordinate HR and benefits tasks, including processing new hires and handling insurance billing.

Responsibilities

  • Process payroll in compliance with tax regulations and legal requirements.
  • Stay updated on compliance changes related to payroll.
  • Assist the HR Director with payroll and HR-related tasks.
  • Coordinate the processing of new hires and work comp claims.
  • Manage insurance billing and related administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in accounting (preferred).
  • 2 years of experience using ADP (preferred).
  • Knowledge of payroll compliance and tax regulations.
  • Experience with benefits administration and HR processes.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds software.
