About the position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR, Payroll, and Inventory Specialist to join our integrative medical wellness office. This multifaceted role is essential in ensuring smooth human resources processes, accurate payroll management, and efficient inventory control. The ideal candidate will have experience in a healthcare or wellness environment and possess strong analytical and communication skills. In the Human Resources aspect of the role, you will manage the recruitment process, which includes job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. You will maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Additionally, you will assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, providing support for employee relations, performance management, and staff training initiatives. For Payroll, you will be responsible for processing payroll on a bi-weekly basis, ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal and state regulations. This includes managing employee timekeeping, tracking hours worked, leave requests, and overtime calculations. You will prepare and distribute payroll reports and year-end tax documents (W-2s, 1099s), addressing payroll-related inquiries and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner. In terms of Inventory Management, you will oversee inventory control, monitoring supplies and equipment for the office. This involves developing and maintaining inventory tracking systems to ensure stock levels are adequate, coordinating with vendors for purchasing and replenishment of medical and office supplies, and conducting regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

  • Strong understanding of payroll regulations and HR best practices.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in HRIS, payroll software, and inventory management systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
  • Experience in the healthcare or wellness industry is a plus.
