About the position

We are looking for an energetic and dynamic individual to head up our HR and Payroll Department at our Healthcare Nursing Center in Jourdanton, TX. This full-time position is essential for ensuring the highest quality of resident care available while supporting our staff and establishing a positive reputation in the community. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and capable of managing all aspects of the HR department with minimal oversight. The primary purpose of this position is to oversee the human resources department, which includes responsibilities from hiring to payroll to termination.
