About the position

The Global Programs and Platform Effectiveness team is an integral part of the broader People Operations team, dedicated to enhancing the employee experience and optimizing people processes across the organization. This role focuses on building and scaling the infrastructure necessary for effective employee lifecycle management, from onboarding to transitions and offboarding. The team is committed to ensuring that employees receive an excellent experience throughout their journey with the company. In this position, you will be responsible for supporting key onboarding operations initiatives aimed at delivering a seamless end-to-end onboarding process. This includes addressing and resolving key operational issues that may arise during the onboarding phase. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including onboarding, payroll, regional teams, recruiting, and mobility, to align on start date calendars and lead times, ensuring that all parties are synchronized and informed. Additionally, you will enable proactive onboarding monitoring by developing cross-functional KPIs and metrics to assess the effectiveness of the onboarding process from the moment an offer is accepted to Day 1 and beyond. Your role will also involve supporting a scaled HR support model for onboarding, ensuring that services are standardized and that processes are well documented for consistency and efficiency. You will play a crucial role in defining the operating model for onboarding in collaboration with cross-functional partners such as IT, security, and facilities. This will involve designing processes and partnering with technology teams to map systems for key onboarding personas, ensuring that the onboarding experience is streamlined and effective for all new hires.

Responsibilities
