The College of Education and Human Development's Human Resources Department is searching to fill a 1-year temporary HR Partner (HR Generalist) position. The HR Partner provides support in the areas of recruitment, hiring, leaves, HRMS entry, compensation, and classification. This role also interprets and applies University and CEHD Human Resources policies and procedures and relevant federal and state laws. This position has shared responsibility for ensuring continuous improvement of HR operations within CEHD, for implementing best practices, demonstrating a value for diversity, equity and inclusion and for representing the college and the HR function in a positive manner within the University and the external community.
