About the position

The HR Process and Knowledge Lead at H&M is responsible for enhancing HR service delivery through process design, implementation, and continuous improvement. This role focuses on efficiency, automation, compliance, and user experience for colleagues in the Region Americas. The position involves collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure effective communication and adherence to governance frameworks, ultimately contributing to a positive colleague experience and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Align with the service model and ensure adherence to the knowledge management and service delivery governance framework.
  • Establish the framework for process management within People Services Region Americas, capturing and managing requirements from stakeholders.
  • Support the design, documentation, and implementation of streamlined, compliant, and user-friendly processes.
  • Coordinate workshops to identify gaps, risks, roles, responsibilities, and opportunities for data-driven improvement.
  • Gather requirements for tech improvements and engage stakeholders to add them to the tech roadmap.
  • Implement knowledge management standards, templates, and tools to enhance service quality.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to set and execute comprehensive communication plans for new or improved processes and services.
  • Drive and communicate process change initiatives, adapting to employee and business needs.
  • Partner with security, privacy, and people relations teams to ensure compliance with security standards.
  • Lead process change initiatives aimed at continuously improving colleague experience and administrative efficiency.
  • Work closely with global product teams to prioritize Region needs across the Business Tech portfolio.

Requirements

  • 3+ years' experience mapping business processes
  • 3+ years' experience working with HR technology and systems
  • Knowledge of Stakeholder & Process Management
  • Understanding of Knowledge Management principles
  • Experienced in Project Management
  • Analytical abilities
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (written and oral)
  • Experience in developing routines and new ways of working with a focus on efficiency, service, technology, and quality
  • An academic degree or combination of education and relevant experience
  • Dedicated to creating a positive colleague experience through user-friendly and efficient technology solutions.
