About the position

The Human Resources (HR) Program Manager at Panduit is responsible for driving the planning and execution of strategic HR initiatives that align with the company's goals. This role involves overseeing programs from concept to launch, managing key elements such as kickoff, charter, schedule, budget, and risks, all aimed at supporting global growth and enhancing processes within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee planning, execution, and completion of programs and projects.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define program scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Develop and track detailed program plans, budgets, and schedules to ensure progress alignment.
  • Lead and facilitate regular team meetings to ensure project momentum.
  • Create reports and communication tools to keep stakeholders informed of program status and deliverables.
  • Act as the main point of contact for briefings, ensuring program quality, compliance, and escalation of key issues.
  • Recommend corrective actions to optimize program efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Enforce policies and procedures to ensure program consistency and compliance.
  • Track and implement program improvements in collaboration with team members.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to refine processes and increase program impact.
  • Educate team members on best practices for using project management tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in program management or related roles.
  • Preferred: MBA or Master's degree in Program Management.
  • Preferred certifications: Project Management Institute (PMI), Project Management Professional (PMP), or similar certification.
